HitPoint ("we", "our", or "the App") is built with a strict on-device, privacy-first architecture. We believe your personal financial and spending data belongs entirely to you. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or track your personal information.

1. Privacy-First Philosophy & Data Ownership

HitPoint operates completely locally without requiring account registration, email sign-ups, or personal identity checks.

• All Data Stays On Your Device: All expense entries, categories, daily damage telemetry, combat logs, and budget targets are stored strictly on your device using Apple SwiftData.
• No External Servers: We do not run external application servers, remote analytics databases, or user profile stores. We have zero technical ability to inspect or sell your spending records.

2. iCloud Synchronization

If you enable iCloud on your Apple devices, HitPoint synchronizes your data across your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch via your private Apple iCloud container (CloudKit / SwiftData).

• Data synced through iCloud is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.
• The developers of HitPoint have no access to your iCloud data or containers.

3. On-Device Voice Transcription & Receipt OCR

HitPoint provides voice expense logging and camera receipt scanning without compromising privacy:

• Apple Speech Recognition: Voice commands and speech inputs are processed on-device using Apple's native Speech Recognition framework. Audio recordings are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any remote servers.
• Apple Vision OCR: Receipt scanning extracts merchant names and totals locally on your device using Apple Vision. Camera feeds and photos are processed in temporary device memory and never transmitted over the internet.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

HitPoint Pro subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and Lifetime passes are processed securely by Apple through StoreKit 2 and the App Store.

• All payments and renewals are handled directly through your Apple ID account.
• HitPoint never collects, stores, or has access to your credit card, debit card, bank account, or billing details.

5. Third-Party Analytics & Tracking

HitPoint does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or data brokers.

• Zero Trackers: No Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• Zero Data Sharing: Your app usage remains completely private to you.
